BRP rubber mounted SUB ("Scotts Under Bar") adapter only, for riders who already have a Scotts stabilizer and the matching bolt-on tower. Polyurethane bushings isolate vibration and soften square-edge hits; the stabilizer sits below the handlebar, tucked away and protected in a crash.
